Unfortunately, this is not applicable unless you live in Las Vegas, but I just really like this place. My dumb, but loving and loyal dog was in desperate need of a "summer do". He's a black cocker spaniel and here in Vegas, it's already getting pretty warm. That and he was beginning to look like a really big mop. So, into the truck for the groomer's. Our new favorite place to make the mop back into a dog is called Clip 'N Tails. I believe they've only been open a year or so, but for a really reasonable price, they treat my dog like a king. Not once is he placed in a cage. The place has always been pretty clean. They have a little play room with dog-friendly furniture and a TV playing in the corner. The staff is great and I'm thoroughly convinced they're all genuine animal lovers. So, if you're in Vegas and in need of a groomer, look no further! They are always great with walk-ins as well as appointments.
Gluten Free Meal of the week:
Ok, I got the recipe for the rice online. It's called Asian Confetti Rice. I followed the recipe mostly except I substituted an egg for the mushrooms (I really don't like mushrooms), I didn't have powdered ginger or red peppers, I used a sesame/canola oil blend, and I used Great Value brand soy sauce. But the general idea came from the original recipe. :)

Along with the rice, we tried a Thai Kitchen product for the first time. It was the Original Pad Thai. I didn't have bean sprouts or lime wedges. I used chicken breast for the meat.
The whole meal took about 20 minutes to make and definitely satisfied the craving I've been having for good Asian food. My somewhat picky son absolutely loved it as well. He even begged for a third helping!
